留学生内外环境感知与归国科技创业意愿研究

摘　　要：在创业研究领域对于留学人员归国科技创业意愿的驱动因素鲜有学者研究。本研究基于社会心理学视角,根据S-O-R理论,将留学人员内部环境感知——乡土情怀和外部环境感知——社会资本引入到留学人员归国科技创业意愿的驱动因素中,构建了乡土情怀、社会资本——创业自我效能感——创业意愿的连锁关系概念模型,将创业培训作为调节变量,并以国内5个留学人员创业园202家企业为样本进行实证分析。研究发现:乡土情怀和社会资本对创业自我效能感及创业意愿均发挥积极促进效应,乡土情怀在创业培训的调节作用下对创业意愿呈现积极影响,创业培训在社会资本和创业意愿之间的调节作用并不显著。In the field of entrepreneurship research,few scholars have studied the driving factors of the entrepreneurship intention of returnees.Based on the perspective of social psychology,according to the S-O-R theory,this study introduces the internal environ⁃ment perception of overseas students—local feelings and external environment perception—social capital into the driving factors of en⁃trepreneurial intention of scientific and technological entrepreneurshipto returnees,constructs a chain relationship conceptual model of local feelings,social capital——entrepreneurial self-efficacy——entrepreneurial intention,and takes entrepreneurial training as a regulating variable,and empirical analysis is carried out with a sample of 202 enterprises in 5 returnees entrepreneurial parks in China.It is found thatlocal feelings and social capital have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,local feelings have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention under the moderating of entrepreneurial training,the moder⁃ating effect of entrepreneurship training between social capital and entrepreneurial intention is not significant.
