摘　　要：目的了解新疆地区儿童青少年近视现状及变化趋势,分析儿童青少年视力不良影响因素,为儿童青少年近视防控提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,三年中分别抽取中、小学校及幼儿园,对儿童青少年开展包括远视力检查和屈光检测的近视筛查。结果2019~2021年新疆地区儿童青少年近视率分别为31.26%、32.06%、32.09%,近视率变化较小,视力低下率分别为45.31%、44.05%、43.63%,视力低下率呈现下降趋势。城区近视率高于郊区,女生近视率高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论新疆地区儿童青少年的近视防控形势不容乐观,应制定可行的政策措施,切实减轻学生课业负担,鼓励户外活动,多方联动共同参与,共同保护孩子的视力。Objective To understand the current situation and changing trend of myopia among children and adolescents in Xinjiang,and then to understand the influencing factors of poor eyesight among children and adolescents,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of myopia among children and adolescents.Methods Using the method of stratified group random sampling,secondary and primary schools and kindergartens were selected separately for three years,and myopia screening including far-vision examination and refractive detection was carried out for children and adolescents.Results From 2019 to 2021,the myopia rate of children and adolescents in Xinjiang was 31.26%,32.06%and32.09%,respectively,and the myopia rate was relatively small,the low vision rate was 45.31%,44.05%and 43.63%,respectively,and the low vision rate showed a downward trend.The myopia rate in urban areas is higher than that in the suburbs,and the myopia rate of girls is higher than that of boys,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusions The situation of myopia prevention and control of children and adolescents in Xinjiang is not optimistic,and feasible policies and measures should be formulated to effectively reduce the burden of students'schoolwork,encourage outdoor activities,and participate in multi-party linkage to jointly protect children's vision.
