摘 要:发展性计算障碍对儿童个人的成长乃至整个社会发展都有着深远的影响。本文从大脑神经机制、一般认知功能、特定认知功能及认知策略运用等角度简要介绍了发展性计算障碍儿童的认知缺陷,并在此基础上综合阐述了目前针对发展性计算障碍使用的元认知干预策略、一般认知能力训练、特定认知能力训练及神经调控强化干预策略。未来需进一步探索发展性计算障碍的亚型研究,优化干预效果评估,加强神经调控干预研究,推动研究成果在教育实践中的转化和应用。Developmental dyscalculia has a far-reaching impact on the growth of individual children and even society as a whole.This study introduces the cognitive deficits of children with developmental dyscalculia from the perspectives of brain neural mechanisms,general cognitive functions,specific cognitive functions and the use of cognitive strategy.Combined with the above cognitive defects,this paper comprehensively describes the metacognitive interventions,general cognitive training,specific cognitive training,and neuromodulation enhancement interventions that are currently being utilized for children with developmental dyscalculia.In the future,it is necessary to further explore the subtypes of developmental dyscalculia,optimize the evaluation of intervention effects,strengthen the research on neuromodulation intervention,and promote the translation and application of the research results in educational practice.
