摘  要:目的:设计《社区护理学》教学过程中课程思政,并评价实施效果。方法:采用整群抽样法,于2021年、2022年2—5月选择在本院驻点班学习的南京医科大学护理专业四年制本科生4个班级的109名学生为研究对象,开展《社区护理学》课程思政教学实践,于《社区护理学》课程思政实施后,采用自制《社区护理学》课程的学生接受问卷以评价教学效果。共发放109份,回收有效问卷109份,问卷有效回收率为100%。结果:《社区护理学》课程思政实施后,109名学生对《社区护理学》书本知识的掌握程度(以教学平台课后作业、期中、期末考试得分后综合成绩评价)、学生人生观、健康观、生命观树立、学生职业素质培养、家国情怀、医学人文素养提升、《社区护理学》学习兴趣提升、社区护理实践技能掌握6个方面接受优良率分别为66.1%、52.3%、68.8%、73.4%、84.4%、59.6%。结论:通过《社区护理学》教学过程中课程思政案例设计与实施,强化教师课程思政教学理念、促进教学方法改进,提升师德师风,能有效培养德才兼备、具有强烈责任感和职业荣誉感的优秀护理人才。Objective To design the curriculum ideological and political education in the teaching process of community nursing,and evaluate the implementation effect.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,109 four-year undergraduate nursing students from 4 classes of Nanjing Medical University who were studying in our hospital from February to May 2021 were selected as the research objects to carry out the ideological and political education of community nursing course.After the implementation of the ideological and political education of the Community Nursing course,a self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect of Community nursing.A total of 109 questionnaires were distributed and 109 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective recovery rate of 100%.Results After the implementation of ideological and political education in the course of Community Nursing,Among 109 students,the mastery degree of Community nursing knowledge(based on the teaching platform after class homework,mid-term and final examination scores after comprehensive scores),students'outlook on life,health,life,students'professional quality training,family and country feelings,medical humanities quality improvement,community nursing learning interest improvement,community nursing practical skills mastery 6 aspects were excellent.The excellent rates was 66.1%,52.3%,68.8%,73.4%,84.4%and 59.6%,respectively.Conclusions The case design and implementation of ideological and political education in the course of Community Nursing can strengthen the teachers'ideological and political teaching concept,promote the improvement of teaching methods,improve the teachers'ethics,and effectively cultivate excellent nursing talents with strong sense of responsibility and professional honor.
