摘  要:课程思政建设是专业课程教学改革的根本任务。课程思政是在讲授专业课程知识的基础上,融入与专业课程知识相关的思想政治教育元素,对高校大学生进行传授专业知识的同时进行思想政治教育。文章结合实验诊断学中“临床常见病原体检测”单元课程专业知识内容,通过在教学过程中融入巴斯德发现微生物、弗莱明发现青霉素、噬菌体抗菌成传奇、临床背后的“幕后英雄”-检验人员、黄祯祥创新病毒的体外培养技术、国际共产主义战士——白求恩等典型课程思政教学案例,进一步挖掘案例中研究者的科学素养、医者仁心风范及爱国情怀,激发学生的使命感和责任感,达到“立德树人”的目标。The ideological and political construction of courses is the fundamental task of professional curriculum teaching reform.Curriculum ideological and political education is based on teaching professional course knowledge,integrating ideological and political education elements related to professional course knowledge,and imparting professional knowledge to college students while conducting ideological and political education.The article combines the professional knowledge content of the"Clinical Common Pathogen Detection"unit course in experimental diagnostics,and integrates typical ideological and political teaching cases such as Pasteur's discovery of microorganisms,Fleming's discovery of penicillin,bacteriophage antibacterial legend,the"behind the scenes hero"of clinical laboratory personnel,Huang Zhenxiang's innovative in vitro virus cultivation technology,and the international communist warrior Bethune in the teaching process,further explore the scientific literacy,benevolent demeanor,and patriotic sentiments of the researchers in the case studies,stimulate students'sense of mission and responsibility,and achieve the goal of"cultivating morality and cultivating talents".
