摘 要:临床实习是眼视光学教育的主要组成部分,对进一步提高实习生的理论知识和实际操作技能水平起到了关键作用。选择合适的临床教学模式对保证实习生的实习质量至关重要。文章首先对目前眼视光学本科生临床实习现状进行分析,其后对导师制和病例报告制教学法的优势及主要作用进行了表述,并探索导师负责制联合病例报告制教学法在临床教学中的应用,最后,笔者对“导师负责制联合病例报告制”教学法的初步构建、实施以及指导教师队伍强化建设等多方面进行了综合表述,本教学法可提升实习生的学习积极性,培养实习生的临床思维、自学和独立解决问题等综合能力,提高临床教学质量和效果,以期为眼视光实习生本科实习临床教学提供新的思路和策略。As the main component of optometry education,clinical practice plays a key role in further improving students'thinking and practical skills.Choosing an appropriate clinical teaching mode is crucial to ensuring the quality of the internships.This paper firstly analyses of the current clinical practice situation of undergraduates in optometry,then describes the advantages and main functions of the teaching method of tutorial system and case report system,and explores the application of the teaching method of tutor responsibility system and case report system in clinical teaching.Finally,The author makes a comprehensive description of the preliminary construction and implementation of the teaching method of"supervisor responsibility system combined case reporting system"and the strengthening of the construction of the guiding teacher team.This teaching method will help us improve the motivation of interns to learn and cultivate their comprehensiveabilities,including clinical thinking,self-studying and independent problem-solving ability.These will improve the quality and effect of clinical teaching and provide new ideas and strategies for clinical practice teaching of undergraduate optometry students.
