摘 要:目的探讨导师制联合网络环境中基于问题的学习(web problem-based learning,WPBL)的个案教学对实习医生科研教学的影响。方法2022年2—6月,选择在徐州市中心医院实习的2017级五年制临床医学本科生从中抽取40名,按随机数字法分为试验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),两组均按科教科要求进行科室轮转实习,并接受每月1次的科研线上培训,试验组采用导师制联合WPBL个案教学进行科研培训,对照组采用腾讯会议形式对对照组学术进行线上科研培训。结束后比较两组实习医生临床科研教学的满意度,并进行理论和技能操作考试方面的比较;同时对导师的带教态度及带教水平进行综合评价。结果试验结束后试验组实习生的科研兴趣、科研创新能力及文献检索能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在病历书写能力、医患沟通能力、分析解决问题能力、团队合作能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组临床和实践操作考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。具有导师资格的带教老师启发式教学能力和对学生科研的引领能力明显高于同样职称的带教老师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在带教态度和其余各项带教水平上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用导师制联合WPBL个案教学,有助于培养医学实习生的科研兴趣、科研创新能力及文献检索能力。Objective To explore the influence of the tutorial system combined with case teaching based on WPBL for the scientific research teaching of medical interns.Methods From February to June 2022,a total of 40 undergraduate clinical medicine students from the 2017 five-year program who interned at Xuzhou Central Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=20)and a control group(n=20).Both groups underwent rotating internships in accordance with the requirements of the science and education department and received monthly online scientific research training.The scientific research training was carried by the tutorial system combined with WPBL case teaching mode in the experimental group,while the form of Tencent conference training was used in the control group.After the end of teaching,the satisfaction of clinical research teaching between the two groups of interns was compared,as well as theoretical and skill operation exams,a comprehensive evaluation of the mentor's teaching attitude and level.Results After the experiment,the research interest,innovation ability,and literature retrieval ability of the interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of medical record writing ability,doctor-patient communication ability,problem-solving ability,and teamwork ability(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in clinical and practical operation exam scores between the two groups(P>0.05),the heuristic teaching ability and leadership ability towards student research of teaching teachers with supervisor qualifications are significantly higher than those of teaching teachers with the same professional title,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in teaching attitude and other teaching levels(P>0.05).Conclusion The case teaching model bas
