摘 要:放射肿瘤学是一门知识体系错综复杂且专业性较强的交叉学科,对于刚进入临床的医师来说短期内很难掌握。为了提高住院医师规范化培训教学效果,文章将通过阐述放射肿瘤学住院医师规范化培训教学中的常见问题和现有的教学模式,进一步分析多元化教学模式应用的必要性,最后提出了多元化教学模式的实施方法。通过上述详细分析及阐述,使更多的带教老师了解放射肿瘤学住院医师规范化培训现状及拟采取的多元化教学模式应用的必要性,从而提高住院医师规范化培训学员在教学过程中的积极性及主动性,提高教学效果。Radiation oncology is an intricate and highly specialized interdisciplinary knowledge system,which is difficult to master in a short time for physicians who have just entered the clinic.In order to improve the teaching effect of standardized training for residents,this paper will further analyze the necessity of the application of diversified teaching mode by elaborating the common problems and existing teaching modes in the standardized training and teaching of radiation oncology residents,and finally propose the implementation method of diversified teaching mode.Through the above detailed analysis and elaboration,more teachers can understand the current situation of standardized training of radiation oncology residents and the necessity of adopting diversified teaching modes,so as to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of residents in the teaching process and improve the teaching effect.
