摘　　要：目的分析PDCA联合精细化培训在内分泌科护理实习生带教中的应用价值。方法将2019年3月—2021年3月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院内分泌科室接受培训的护理实习生78名作为研究对象,均分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=39)。对照组实习生接受精细化培训,观察组实习生接受PDCA联合精细化培训。对两组实习生经过相应的培训后,其各方面能力、对带教老师的满意度、临床操作中不良事件发生率情况进行对比分析。结果接受PDCA联合精细化培训的实习生各方面能力均得以提升,并且对带教老师也很满意,临床操作中所出现的不良事件的概率低,且观察组实习生与对照组实习生在这些方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组实习生最终受教效果优于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿科实习生进行PDCA联合精细化培训,可以提高实习生多方面能力,降低不良事件发生率,提高实习生对带教老师的认可度。Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA combined with refined training in the teaching of nursing interns in endocrinology department.Methods A total of 78 nursing interns trained in the department of endocrine of Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from March 2019 to March 2021 were divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39).Refined training was applied to interns in the control group,while PDCA combined with refined training was applied to interns in the observation group.After corresponding training,the two groups of interns were compared and analyzed in terms of their abilities,satisfaction with teachers and the incidence of adverse events in clinical operation.Results The interns who received PDCA combined with refined training improved their abilities in all aspects,and were also very satisfied with the teaching teachers.The probability of adverse events in clinical operation was low,and there were differences between the interns in the observation group and the interns in the control group in these aspects(P<0.05).The final teaching effect of the interns in the observation group was significantly better than that of the interns in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA combined refined training for urology interns can improve their abilities in many aspects,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and interns recognize the teaching teachers.
