摘 要:目的探探讨“传帮带”教学法在输卵管阻塞性不孕益气活血法教学实践中的应用效果。方法选取铜川市2021年1月—2022年12月参与培训学习的40名市级、区县级医疗单位妇产科年轻医师为对象,按随机数分法将其分为常规组与研究组,每组20名。常规组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用“传帮带”教学模式,为期2年,待教学计划完成后,对两组学员进行理论考试和技能考核,然后对两组学员各项得分及总分与对教学模式的满意度等指标进行比较。结果研究组理论成绩为(47.29±2.39)分,高于常规组的(44.56±2.08)分,技能考核成绩为(46.85±3.14)分,也高于常规组的(40.25±1.98)分;研究组总成绩[(94.14±5.53)分]也较常规组高[(84.81±1.06)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员对多维互动教学模式的满意率为95.00%,高于常规组的55.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管阻塞性不孕益气活血法“传帮带”模式的科学应用可显著提升学员学习积极性,锻炼其专科临床实践能力,有效保证了教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of"passing on help and guidance"teaching method in the teaching practice of tubal obstruction infertility Yiqi and blood activation method.Methods Forty young obstetricians and gynecologists from Tongchuan City who participated in the training from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the research group according to the random number method,with 20 physicians in each group.The conventional group used the traditional teaching mode,the research group used the"passing on help and guidance"teaching mode,for a period of 2 years,after the completion of the teaching program,the two groups of trainees for the theoretical examination and skills assessment,and then on the two groups of trainees of the scores and total scores and satisfaction with the mode of teaching and other indicators for comparison.Results The theory score of the research group was(47.29±2.39)points,which was higher than that of the conventional group[(44.56±2.08)points],and the score of the skill test was(46.85±3.14)points,which was also higher than that of the conventional group[(40.25±1.98)points];and the total score of the research group[(94.14±5.53)points]was also higher than that of the conventional group[(84.81±1.06)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the total score of the research group was higher than the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the participants in the research group with the multidimensional interactive teaching mode was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the conventional group at 55.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scientific application of the"passing on help and guidance"mode of tubal obstruction infertility can significantly enhance the learning enthusiasm of the trainees,exercise their specialized clinical practice ability,and effectively ensure the quality of teaching.
