协同效应视角下药学专业核心课课程思政建设的探索

摘　　要：课程思政作为“金课”建设的重要内容,已成为课程改革与建设的热点。为了更好地落实立德树人的根本任务,避免课程的单打独斗,教学团队开展了药学专业四门核心课程协同思政建设探索工作。药学专业核心课程相互配合,将思政元素贯穿于教学的各个环节,并保持节奏一致,共同发声,相互促进,可形成协同效应。确立药学专业核心课程群育人目标,建立各课程思政案例库。依据核心课的课程特色,讲好思政故事,设计课外教学活动,将思政内容自然和谐地融入到药学人培养中,充分发挥课堂教学的主渠道作用,实现教书、育人的有机融合,引导学生素质目标的达成。以期打造“有广度,有深度,有温度”的药学专业核心课程群,培养具有“爱岗敬业,诚信守法,责任担当,爱国情怀”的药学人。As an important part of the construction of“gold course”,curriculum ideological and political philosophy has become a hot topic in curriculum reform and construction.In order to better implement the fundamental task of moral education and avoid the single fight of a single course of pharmacy major,the teaching team carries out the exploration of the construction of the four core collaborative ideological and political work of pharmacy specialty.Core courses of pharmacy major cooperate with each other,and ideological and political elements run through each link of teaching,and keep a consistent rhythm,speak together and promote each other,which can form a synergistic effect.Establish the core curriculum group education target of pharmacy,and establish the ideological and political case database of each course.According to the characteristics of core courses,we should tell ideological and political stories well,design extracurricular teaching activities,integrate ideological and political content into the cultivation of pharmacy personnel naturally and harmoniously,give full play to the role of classroom teaching as the main channel,realize the organic integration of teaching and education,and guide students to achieve the goal of quality.It is expected to create a core curriculum group of pharmacy major with“breadth,depth and temperature”,and cultivate pharmaceutical personnel with“dedication,integrity and law-abiding,responsibility,patriotism”.
