摘  要:针对食品企业网络招聘渠道对人才招聘的影响和效果进行分析。在此次研究的过程中,综合运用了文献资料分析和实际调研结合的方式进行论文观点的探讨。研究认为,目前食品企业基于网络招聘渠道进行人才招募,有助于提升招聘效率、跨地域招聘、精准扩展招聘信息。针对食品企业网络招聘渠道的布局,提出建立可信赖的招聘平台、发挥大数据与人工智能优势、推动网络招聘渠道的融合发展等对策。总之,在新时代背景下,食品企业在人才招聘的过程中,要充分引入新技术,积极拓展网络招聘渠道,充分利用网络招聘的优势,为企业吸引更多优秀人才。The impact and effectiveness of online recruitment channels for food enterprises on talent recruitment are analyzed.In the process of this study,a combination of literature analysis and practical research is used to explore the viewpoints of the paper.This research believes that currently,food companies are recruiting talents through online recruitment channels,which can help improve recruitment efficiency,cross regional recruitment,and accurately expand recruitment information.In response to the layout of online recruitment channels for food enterprises,propose some strategies,such as establishing a reliable recruitment platform,leveraging the advantages of big data and artificial intelligence,and promoting the integration and development of online recruitment channels.In short,in the context of the new era,food enterprises should fully introduce new technologies,actively expand online recruitment channels,fully utilize the advantages of online recruitment,and attract more outstanding talents for the enterprise in the process of talent recruitment.
