摘 要:为探讨角色压力对特殊教育教师工作投入的影响以及应对方式的中介作用,本研究采用问卷法调查了482名特殊教育教师,结果发现:(1)特殊教育教师的角色压力在性别和学历上存在显著差异;特殊教育教师运用应对方式的频率由高至低依次为情绪性应对、支持性应对、行为性应对和逃避性应对,且逃避性应对的运用频率受性别的显著影响,支持性应对的运用频率受性别和学历的显著影响;特殊教育教师的工作投入在特殊教育教龄上存在显著差异;(2)角色压力显著负向预测特殊教育教师的工作投入;情绪性应对和逃避性应对在特殊教育教师的角色压力和工作投入间存在中介作用,且情绪性应对的中介效应显著强于逃避性应对。本研究从减轻和应对角色压力两个方面提出了建议,以期为提升特殊教育教师的工作投入水平提供参考。This study aims to explore the impact of role stress on work engagement of special education teachers,with a focus on the mediating role of coping strategies.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 482 special education teachers.The study found:(1)the role stress of special education teachers was close to a moderate level,and there were significant differences in gender and education.The frequency of coping strategy usage ranked from high to low as follows:emotional coping,supportive coping,behavioral coping,and avoidance coping.Additionally,the frequency of avoidance coping was significantly influenced by gender,while supportive coping was influenced by both gender and education.Furthermore,the level of work engagement among special education teachers was slightly higher than the moderate level,with significant differences found in relation to their years of experience in special education;(2)Role stress significantly and negatively predicted the effects on the work engagement of special education teachers;emotional coping and avoidance coping had a mediating effect between the role stress and work engagement of special education teachers,with emotional coping exhibiting a significantly stronger mediating effect than avoidance coping.The study proposes suggestions for reducing and coping with role stress,with a view to providing reference for improving work engagement among special education teachers.
