摘　　要：新经济发展促使高校进行教学改革,加快新工科建设。该文阐述大学生创新团队建设与能力培养的探索,遵循新工科人才培养模式,通过完善自主管理模式建设创新团队,实施项目管理方案把关项目进展,鼓励创新实践培育优秀作品,全面提高学生的创新能力和综合素质。这样的探索实践取得了预期的成果,为新工科建设背景下的人才培养模式改革提供新途径。The development of the new economy has prompted universities to carry out teaching reforms and accelerate the construction of new engineering.This paper expounds the exploration of college students'innovative team building and ability training.Following the"new engineering"talent training model,we improve the self-management model to build an innovative team,implement the project management plan to check the progress of the project,encourage innovative practice to cultivate excellent works,and comprehensively improve the students'innovative ability and comprehensive quality.Such exploration and practice has achieved the expected results,which provides a new reference for the reform of talent training mode under the background of new engineering construction.
