摘　　要：网络信息时代,思想政治教育工作场域由现实生活单个场域延伸为线上线下多个场域,给辅导员职业能力的提升提出新的更高的要求。然而高校辅导员在网络思想政治教育、日常网络管理、网络服务方面问题凸显,严重影响辅导员职业化的进程。因此,必须加快推进网上网下融合着力推动网络育人创新;加强技术管理贯通,切实提升网络安全能力;以学生为中心,努力提高个性化服务水平。通过网络素质提升作为增长点,推动高校辅导员职业能力实现高质量发展。In the era of network information,the field of ideological and political education extended from a single field of real life to multiple fields online and offline,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the improvement of counselors'professional ability.However,the problems of college counselors in online ideological and political education,daily network management and network service are highlighted,which seriously affects the process of counselor professionalization.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the integration of online and offline to promote network education innovation,strengthen the technical management through,and effectively improve the network security ability,take students as the center,and strive to improve personalized service level.Through the network quality improvement as a growth point,it can promote the professional ability of college counselors to achieve high-quality development.
