摘 要:规范在线教学,建设科学、丰富且适用性强的在线教学资源,是达成课程教学目标的重要保障之一。“食品卫生与安全”是医学营养专业的核心课程,是医学营养专业知识体系、核心技能必不可少的组成部分。建设及运用“食品卫生与安全”在线教学资源,强化教学活动与教学目标的吻合性,充分突出学生主体地位,可有利于完成教学任务、实现教学目标。结合高职院校“食品卫生与安全”在线教学资源建设现况调研结果,深入剖析课程特点,分析存在问题及其影响因素,并提出建设路径及质量提升策略。Standardizing online teaching,building scientific,rich and applicable online teaching resources are one of the important guarantees to achieve teaching objectives.Food Hygiene and Safety is a professional core course of medical nutrition major,which is an indispensable part of the professional knowledge system and core skills.Building and using online teaching resources of Food Hygiene and Safety,strengthening the consistency between teaching activities and objectives,and fully highlighting the dominant position of students can be conducive to completing teaching tasks and achieving teaching objectives.Based on the survey results of the construction of online teaching resources of Food Hygiene and Safety in higher vocational colleges,this paper deeply analyzed the characteristics of the course,the existing problems and their influencing factors,and put forward the construction path and quality improvement strategy.
