摘　　要：黄芪因其保健功能备受大众青睐,结合目前黄芪产品开发的种类和功效对黄芪抗疲劳、保护器官、改善胃肠道环境、降血糖、血脂,改善动脉粥样硬化等保健功能进行梳理。分析目前存在的问题,并展望今后发展方向,以期为促进黄芪产业和黄芪食药同源进一步发展提供参考。Astragalus is highly favored by the public for its health care functions.In this paper,the health care functions of astragalus,such as anti-fatigue,organ protection,improvement of the gastrointestinal environment,lowering blood sugar and blood lipids,and improving atherosclerosis,were sorted out with the current varieties and efficacy of astragalus products.The current problems were analyzed and the future development direction was prospected in order to provide some reference for promoting the further development of astragalus industry and astragalus food and medicine.
