摘  要:近年来膳食因素在慢性疾病中所起的作用受到了广泛的关注,膳食评价指数作为评价膳食质量的工具成为评价人群营养状况的重要指标,同时也可用于探索膳食与慢性病之间关系的研究。膳食平衡指数(Diet Balance Index_16,DBI_16)以中国居民膳食指南和平衡膳食宝塔为参照,结合了中国居民的膳食特点,可以用于评价群体及个体的膳食质量,也可用于研究其与慢性病的关联。该文就DBI的建立、发展、应用,以及DBI与其他中国膳食评价指数的异同作一综述,旨在为研究者选择适合中国居民膳食特点的膳食评价指数提供参考。In recent years,the role of dietary factors in chronic diseases has received extensive attention.As a tool to evaluate dietary quality,dietary assessment index has become an important index to evaluate the nutritional status of the population,it can also be used to explore the relationship between diet and chronic diseases.The Chinese Diet Balance Index(DBI)can be used to evaluate the dietary quality of groups and individuals by taking Chinese dietary guidelines and Food Guide Pagoda as reference and combining the dietary characteristics of Chinese residents,it can also be used to study the association with chronic diseases.This paper reviews the establishment,development,and application of DBI,and the similarities and differences between DBI and other Chinese dietary indices.
