摘　　要：以MPH人才岗位胜任力培养为主线,结合潍坊医学院MPH培养的实际情况,从培养方案和培养模式、生源质量、带教师资、培养基地、实践及科研要求等视角深入分析了新冠疫情发生后医学高校MPH培养中现存的主要问题,并针对以上具体问题提出了相应的解决策略及建议,试图为高等医学院校培育具有岗位胜任力的高水平应用型MPH人才提供思路及实践依据。To focus on the training of master of public health(MPH)competency of professionals and tries to make thorough analysis about the main problems existing in MPH training in medical colleges and universities under the background of post COVID-19.Referring the MPH training in Weifang Medical University,the training issues were dug out from every training process including the training mode and program,quality of enrolling students,instructor resources,training base,practice and scientific research requirements etc.The corresponding solutions and suggestions were put forward according to the specific issues.This research tries to provide ideas and practical basis for cultivating high-level practical MPH talents for our country.
