新时代地方高校教材建设与管理的现实问题及对策分析——以某地方应用型本科高校为例

摘　　要：以某地方应用型本科高校为例,深入分析了教材编、审、用方面存在的问题:新版教材和优质教材选用不规范;缺乏优质教材的制定和出版规划;缺乏有效的审核机制和管理办法。在此基础上,提出规范教材选用流程,多维度选用优质教材;制定教材建设规划,完善激励政策;分层审核,严把审核流程的思路和对策,此种方式在教学实践中取得了一定成效,可为地方高校的教材管理工作提供参考。Taking a local application-oriented undergraduate university as an example,we conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing challenges in the compilation,review and use of textbooks,such as non-standard selection of new and high-quality textbooks,lack of planning for the development and publication of high-quality textbooks,and lack of effective review mechanisms and management methods.On this basis,we proposed several efficient solutions including standardizing the selection process and selecting high-quality textbooks from multiple dimensions,formulating textbook development plans and improving incentive policies,and carrying out layered review and strictly controlling the review process.This approach has achieved considerable results in teaching practice and can provide a reference for textbook management in local universities.
