摘  要:基于十八胺(ODA)具有反应活性伯胺基团及疏水链的结构特点,利用氨酰胺转胺酶(TGase)的催化作用,将十八胺接枝到玉米醇溶蛋白(zein)分子上,得到烷基化玉米醇溶蛋白;然后通过喷涂法,将烷基化玉米醇溶蛋白整理到棉织物上,制备得到拒水棉织物。通过释氨量测试、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)及膜接触角对改性蛋白的性质进行测试与表征。结果表明:含有十八胺的蛋白反应体系净释氨量较不含十八胺的反应体系明显提高;SDS-PAGE电泳表明改性蛋白的分子质量有所增加;FTIR结果显示,改性玉米醇溶蛋白中的亚甲基含量有所提高,且在720cm-1处出现烷烃峰;改性玉米醇溶蛋白膜的水接触角明显增大。改性玉米醇溶蛋白通过喷涂法对棉织物进行整理,可赋予织物更好的疏水性能,并在一定程度上保留其透气性。SEM结果表明改性玉米醇溶蛋白在纤维上形成了更加粗糙的表面。Based on reactive primary amine group and hydrophobic chain of octadecylamine(ODA),the alkylat⁃ed zein is obtained by using octadecylamine with the catalytic effect of transglutaminase(TGase);then the al⁃kylated zein is transferred to cotton fabric by spraying method to obtain water-repellent cotton fabric.The alkyl⁃ated zein is characterized by amount of ammonia released test,polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDSPAGE),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and contact angle of film.The results show that the net amount of released ammonia of reaction solution containing ODA is significantly higher than that without ODA;SDS-PAGE shows that the molecular weight of the alkylated zein increases;FTIR photos show that the methy⁃lene content of the alkylated zein increases and the alkane peak appeares at 720 cm-1;the water contact angle of the alkylated zein film increases significantly.Via spraying method,the cotton fabric treated with alkylated ze⁃in has better hydrophobic properties and retains the air permeability to some extent.SEM images show that the alkylated zein can form a rougher surface on the cotton fiber.
