摘 要:来华留学教育是教育对外开放的重要组成部分,也是我国全球教育治理能力的重要体现。面对百年未有之大变局,来华留学教育事业面临着全新的机遇与挑战,在新形势下研判来华留学教育发展方向,是刻不容缓的时代命题。通过对2013-2022年这十年间的来华留学教育相关文献梳理发现,来华留学教育经历了两次发展浪潮,在服务于个体文化性差异、高校专业化教育、国家战略性需求的传统研究范式与话语特征的基础上,近年来显示出政治话语策略的转向。同时,互联网等新媒体技术的发展,也给来华留学教育话语载体带来了革新。Overseas education in China is an important component of education opening up to the outside world,and it is also an important manifestation of China's global education governance capabilities.In the face of unprecedented changes in a century,the overseas education industry in China is facing new opportunities and challenges.Under the new situation,studying and judging the development direction of overseas education in China is an urgent issue of the times.Based on a review of relevant literature on overseas education in China during the decade 2013-2022,this article finds that education for overseas students in China has experienced two waves of development.On the basis of traditional research paradigms and discourse characteristics that serve individual cultural differences,specialized education in universities and national strategic needs,it has shown a shift in political discourse strategies in recent years.At the same time,the development of new media technologies such as the Internet has also brought innovation to the discourse carrier of overseas education in China.
