摘  要:为探究海藻源生物刺激剂的开发和生产,采用化学酸解法和生物酶解法制备海带提取物,探讨了不同制备工艺的海带提取物(质量浓度分别为0.08、0.12、0.12、0.24 g/L)对黄瓜幼苗的促生长效果。试验结果显示,酸解海带提取物中的海藻酸、总蛋白、甘露醇和多酚含量均显著高于酶解海带提取物(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.12、0.24 g/L的酸解和酶解海带提取液对黄瓜幼苗的株高均有显著促进作用(P<0.05),0.12 g/L的酸解海带提取液和0.08 g/L的酶解海带提取液可显著提高黄瓜幼苗的地上鲜质量(P<0.05),0.08、0.12 g/L的酸解提取物对根的鲜质量有显著促进作用(P<0.05),0.12 g/L的酸解和酶解海带提取液对根长均有显著促进作用(P<0.05);0.24 g/L和0.12 g/L的酸解和酶解海带提取液可显著提高黄瓜幼苗叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖的含量(P<0.05);酶解海带提取液能够显著提升黄瓜幼苗赤霉素(GA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)的含量(P<0.05),其中0.08 g/L酶解海带提取液处理组黄瓜幼苗的IAA和GA含量分别提升了69.6%和75.8%。研究表明,两种制备工艺的海带提取物对黄瓜幼苗的促生长作用在不同指标方面各有差异。Algae-derived biostimulants account for about one-third of the global biological stimulants market share and have attracted extensive attention.In order to explore the development and production of seaweed-derived biostimulants,kelp extracts were prepared by chemical acid digestion and biological enzymatic digestion.The growth promotion effect of kelp extracts(concentration 0.08、0.12、0.24 g/L,respectively)with different preparation processes on cucumber seedlings were studied.The results showed that the contents of alginic acid,total protein,mannitol and polyphenols in acid-dissolved kelp extract were significantly higher than those in enzymatically dissolved kelp extract(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,0.12、0.24 g/L acid-dissolved and enzymatically dissolved kelp extract had significant promoting effects on the plant height of cucumber seedlings(P<0.05);0.12 g/L acid-dissolved kelp extract and 0.08 g/L enzymatically dissolved kelp extract significantly increased the aboveground fresh quality of cucumber seedlings(P<0.05);0.08 g/L and 0.12 g/L acid-dissolved extract had a significant promoting effect on root fresh quality(P<0.05);and 0.12 g/L acid-dissolved and enzymatically dissolved extract had a significant promoting effect on root length(P<0.05).The content of chlorophyll,soluble protein,and soluble sugar of cucumber seedlings were significantly(P<0.05)increased under the effects of 0.24 g/L and 0.12 g/L acidified and enzymatically digested kelp extracts.Enzymatic kelp extract significantly increased the content of gibberellin(GA)and indoleacetic acid(IAA)in cucumber seedlings,and the contents of IAA and GA of cucumber seedlings in the 0.08 g/L enzymatic kelp extract treatment group were increased by 69.6%and 75.8%,respectively.The study showed that two preparation processes of kelp extract had different growth promoting effects on cucumber seedlings in different indexes.
