摘　　要：教务管理是确保高职教学工作稳定、通畅、规范运行的重要保障。伴随大数据时代来临,传统教务管理工作面临诸多挑战。为此,高职院校应加强人员培训、完善教育管理制度、推进系统建设,规避信息孤岛现象,实现教务管理的信息化、数字化及现代化发展。本文结合教务管理特点及现代转向,分析大数据技术在高职教务管理改革中的问题,提出科学的优化思路。以期提升高职教务管理工作质量、效率,促进我国职业教育的健康、持续发展。Academic affairs management is an important guarantee for ensuring the stable,smooth,and standardized operation of higher vocational education work.With the advent of the big data era,the traditional educational administration is facing many challenges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should strengthen personnel training,improve education management systems,promote system construction,avoid the phenomenon of information silos,and achieve the informationization,digitization,and modernization of educational management.This paper analyzes the problems of big data technology in the reform of higher vocational educational administration management based on the characteristics of educational administration management and modern transformation,and puts forward scientific optimization ideas.It is hoped to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education management work,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education in China.
