摘　　要：现代产业学院作为教育链、产业链、创新链深度融合的典型组织载体,旨在推动应用型本科高校立足产业发展需求,培养高素质应用型、复合型和创新型人才。以教育链、产业链、创新链融合为导向,剖析现代产业学院发展的逻辑关系。通过访谈和问卷调查发现,应用型本科高校建设现代产业学院面临着“三链”融合主体协同育人效能不高、人才培养教育链与产业发展以及社会需求脱节、创新链驱动人才培养教育链和服务产业链功能薄弱等现实困境。在借鉴首批国家级现代产业学院的经验基础上,探讨构建应用型本科高校现代产业学院建设路径。As a typical organizational carrier for the deep integration of education,industry,and innovation chains,Modern Industrial College aims to promote applied undergraduate universities to meet the needs of industrial development and cultivate high-quality applied,composite,and innovative talents.The article is guided by the integration of education chain,industry chain and innovation chain,analyzing the logical relationship of the development of modern industrial colleges.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,it is found that the construction of modern industrial colleges in applied undergraduate universities faces practical difficulties such as low collaborative education efficiency of the“three chains”integration subject,disconnection between talent cultivation education chain and industrial development as well as social needs,and weak functions of the innovation chain driven talent cultivation education chain and service industry chain.On the basis of drawing on the experience of the first batch of national level modern industry colleges,explore the construction path of modern industry colleges in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
