摘　　要：目的了解理工院校大学生的抑郁现状,为制定和完善大学生抑郁情绪预防策略与措施提供依据。方法采用普查的方式,于2021年10月以及2022年10月,两次使用抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)对某理工大学全体本科生的抑郁情况进行调查。结果2022年大学生的抑郁情绪总分显著高于2021年(P<0.05);女大学生的抑郁总分显著高于男大学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);文科学生的抑郁总分高于理工科学生(P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析结果显示:学科、年级、家族中是否有人患有精神疾病、是否有过自杀行为、是否有过自伤行为、是否认为生命无意义、是否存在仍有不良影响的事件是抑郁程度的影响因素。结论高校应通过针对性的措施预防大学生抑郁情绪;根据新形势下大学生的特点,开展符合时代特征的心理健康教育工作。Objective To understand the depression status of college students in science and technology colleges,and to provide the evidence for formulating and improving the preventive strategies and measures for college students’depression.Methods In October 2021 and October 2022,depression screening scale(PHQ-9)was used twice to investigate the depression of all undergraduates in a polytechnic university.Results The total score of college students’depression in 2022 was significantly higher than that in 2021(P<0.05).The total score of depression of female college students was significantly higher than that of male college students,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of depression of liberal arts students is higher than that of science and engineering students(P<0.05).The result of binary logistic regression showed that discipline,grade,family suffered from mental illness,committed suicide,self-injured,thought that life was meaningless,and whether there were events that still had adverse effects were the influencing factors of depression level.Conclusion Colleges and universities should take targeted measures to prevent college students’depression,and carry out mental health education in line with the characteristics of the times according to the characteristics of college students in the new situation.
