摘 要:开展新文科建设发展理念研究不仅要对中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的路径、模式、机制进行研究,还要充分发挥文科教育知识性与价值性相统一的特点,全面推进高校课程思政建设,落实立德树人根本任务,培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代文科人才。深入分析高校在实施课程思政过程中的现实困境,主要表现在融合发展认知片面化、表达形式碎片化、创新性转化表面化等三个方面。针对这些问题,本文提出了把准地方传统文化与课程思政融合发展的客观规律、提升教师文化素养、打造课程品牌、建立协同创新机制等有效路径,旨在推进新文科建设背景下地方传统文化与课程思政融合发展。The core concept of construction of new liberal arts including:not only suggestion on the effective way,mode,and mechanism above how to creative transform and creative develop the Chinese excellent traditional culture,but also show the characteristics of how to combine knowledge and value in liberal education,to make all-round efforts to build curriculum with political study in university.It is clearly that opportunities and challenges of ideological and political curriculum coexist in the midst of the construction of new liberal arts.But in the fundamental task of moral education,the construction of new liberal arts and the value of ideological and political curriculum happen to hold the same view.From the micro view of curriculum,the way to analyze the difficulties in reality of operating in universities,depends on three aspects,fragmentation problems in expression forms,superficial in innovative transformation.To solve the mentioned-above problems,this article points out several solutions from the insight of culture,in order to continuously proceed the construction of curriculum with political study under the background of new liberal arts,containing the objective law of the integrated development between local traditional culture and ideological and political theory curriculum,develop Cultural literacy of teachers,building curriculum brand,as well as establish collaborative innovation mechanism.
