摘 要:交叉路口是构成城市路网的重要枢纽,路口信号配时优化是改善通行效率、降低车辆延误的重要手段。以济南市章丘区赭山大街—福康路交叉口为例,对交通状况进行实地数据调查,使用VISSIM软件对路口进行仿真,输出每个路口的延误时间、排队长度、停车次数等参数。根据交叉口的通行能力和服务水平评价指标对交叉口运行状况进行分析,并通过TRRL法对交叉口的信号配时进行优化,重新进行VISSIM仿真模拟得出相关参数。结果表明,优化后整个信号交叉口的平均延误时间下降23.17%,平均排队长度下降24.53%,平均停车次数下降12.51%,服务由原来的D级提升到了C级,信号交叉口的通行效率有显著提高。Intersection is an important hub of urban road network,and the optimization of intersection signal timing is significant for improving traffic efficiency and decreasing delays.The traffic conditions were investigated and the traffic data were collected from the intersection of Zheshan Street and Fukang Road in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City.The delay time,queue length,parking times and other parameters of each intersection were acquired based on the VISSIM simulation.The operation conditions of the intersection were analyzed according to the traffic capacity and service level evaluation index,and the traffic signal timing of the intersection was optimized through the TRRL method.The VISSIM simulation was conducted again to obtain relevant parameters after optimization.The results demonstrated that the average delay time of the whole signal intersection,the average queue length,and the average number of stops were respectively improved by 23.17%,24.53%,and 12.51%,compared to the previous signal timing scheme.The service level was upgraded from Grade D to Grade C,and the traffic efficiency of signalized intersections was significantly improved based on the optimized signal timing scheme.
