摘  要:目的探究正念认知干预在焦虑抑郁青少年中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月宜春市第三人民医院收治的60例焦虑抑郁青少年患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与干预组(30例)。对照组接受常规精神科护理,干预组接受正念认知干预。比较两组患者的服药依从性、情绪状态、心理应激状态及生活质量,比较两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果干预组患者的用药总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4周后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且干预组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4周后,干预组患者的特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)中消极应对评分低于干预前,积极应对评分高于干预前,且干预组患者消极应对评分低于对照组,积极应对评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预4周后,干预组患者生存质量各项评分均高于干预前,且干预4周后干预组患者评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用正念认知干预对患有焦虑抑郁症的青少年的症状具有显著改善作用,可调节青少年的心理应激状态,同时可提高青少年的生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of mindfulness-based cognitive intervention in adolescents with anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 60 adolescents with anxiety and depression who were admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the intervention group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine psychiatric care,while the intervention group received mindfulness-based cognitive intervention.The medication compliance,emotional state,psychological stress state and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)of the two groups were compared.Results The medication compliance rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the HAMA scores and HAMD scores were lower than those before intervention,and above scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,negative coping score of the trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)in the intervention group was lower than that before intervention,and the positive coping score was higher than that before intervention.The negative coping score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the positive coping score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,all the scores of quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group after 4 weeks of intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based cognitive intervention can significantly improve the symptoms
