摘 要:目的探讨耳麦式对讲机在口腔门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取中山市口腔医院门诊部分诊区2022年8月8日至12日未使用对讲机护士为对照组,2022年8月15日至19日每天使用对讲机护士为观察组。比较两组诊区特定区域的噪声平均值、诊室护士和医生的满意度。结果观察组在分诊台及诊区走廊(连接分诊台的廊道)监测位点的等效声级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在诊间通道(诊室与诊室之间的通道)监测位点的等效声级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的医生、护士满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳麦式对讲机在口腔门诊应用后能降低分诊台、诊区走廊噪声,利于营造安静舒适的诊疗环境,减少诊室护士行走负荷,减少无效沟通,提高医护满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of headset intercom in oral outpatient nursing work.Methods Nurses who did not use walkie-talkies in some outpatient areas of Zhongshan Stomatology Hospital from August 8 to 12,2022 were selected as the control group,and nurses who used walkie-talkies every day from August 15 to 19,2022 were selected as the observation group.The mean noise of specific areas and the satisfaction of nurses and doctors were compared between the two groups.Results The equivalent sound level of the observation group at triage table and corridor(connecting with the triage table)monitoring sites was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the equivalent sound level of monitoring sites at aisles between the consulting rooms(P>0.05).The satisfaction of doctors and nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of headset interphone in oral clinic can reduce the noise of the triage table and the corridor connecting with it,which is conducive to creating a quiet and comfortable diagnosis and treatment environment,reduce the walking load of the nurses in the clinic,reduce invalid communication,and improve the satisfaction of medical care.
