摘  要:为解决繁忙终端区运行效率低下的问题,提出了一种基于点融合进场程序的终端区运行安全和效率评估方法。首先考虑空域结构、障碍物和下降梯度等限制条件,以成都终端区为研究对象,设计点融合进场程序并对其进行安全性评估。使用SIMMOD软件对传统区域导航(Remote Area Navigation, RNAV)进场程序和点融合系统(Point Merge System, PMS)进场程序进行模拟仿真,对比了两种运行模式下、不同交通流场景下的航班冲突次数和运行时间。结果表明:正常流量情况下,PMS程序较RNAV程序的冲突次数和总运行时间分别减少了80.92%和6.79%;极限流量情况下,PMS程序较RNAV程序的冲突次数和总运行时间分别减少了17.31%和1.21%。研究表明,点融合程序对于正常流量情况下终端区运行安全和效率提升效果较好,极限流量情况下效果不明显。To solve the problem of low efficiency of operation in busy terminal areas,an evaluation method of operation safety and efficiency in the terminal area based on the point merge system arrival procedure was proposed.Firstly,the basic structure of the point merge system procedure is introduced.Considering the constraints such as airspace structure,obstacles,and descent gradient,taking Chengdu terminal area as the research object,the point merge system arrival procedure was designed.Based on the obstacle clearance and descent gradient limitation of the point merge procedure,the feasibility of the designed point merge arrival procedure was evaluated.SIMMOD software is used to simulate the traditional Remote Area Navigation(RNAV)arrival procedure and Point Merge System(PMS)arrival procedure,and the number of flight conflicts and operation time under the two operation modes and different traffic flow scenarios were compared.According to the results:(1)The PMS arrival procedure in the Chengdu terminal designed in this paper meets the requirements of obstacle clearance and descent gradient,which testified to its feasibility and rationality.(2)Under normal flow conditions(30 sorties/h),the number of conflicts of inbound flights under the two operation modes within 1 hour is 21 and 4 respectively.Under the limit flow condition(40 sorties/h),the number of conflicts is 52 and 43 respectively.That is,after the PMS arrival procedure is adopted,the number of conflicts under normal flow and limit flow is reduced by 80.92%and 17.31%respectively.(3)Under normal flow conditions,the total operation time of inbound flights under the two operation modes is 93627 s and 87274 s respectively.That is,after using the PMS arrival procedure,the operation time is reduced by 6353 s and the operation efficiency is increased by 6.79%.Under the limit flow condition,the total operation time of inbound flights is 146732 s and 144954 s respectively.That is,the operation time is reduced by 1778 s,and the operation efficiency is increased by 1.21%.The
