摘 要:百万扩招政策出台后,高职院校的生源呈现出结构多元化、学情复杂化、学业发展诉求多样化等特点,生源结构的变动给高职院校的师资队伍、教学模式及教材资源带来了一定现实困难。在生源多样化的新形势下,“三教”改革对高职院校建设高质量教育体系具有重要意义。通过提出高职院校推进“三教”改革的具体途径,并以常州信息职业技术学院为例,介绍了该校在生源多样化新常态下“三教”改革的实施,分析了该校师资建设、教改研究、政策保障、资金支持、资源支撑等具体改革措施。After the enrollment expansion,the source of students in higher vocational colleges reflects a complex situation of diversified structure,complex academic situation and diversified demands for academic development.The change of student source structure has brought some practical difficulties to the teaching staff,teaching mode and textbook resources of higher vocational colleges.Under the new situation of diversified students,“three education”reform is of great significance to the construction of high-quality education system in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward the specific ways to promote the“three education”reform in higher vocational colleges,takes Changzhou Information Vocational and Technical College as an example,introduces the implementation of the“three education”reform under the new normal of student diversification,and analyzes the specific reform measures such as teacher construction,teaching reform research,policy guarantee,financial support and resource support.
