摘　　要：首先简要介绍了“1+X”证书制度;其次分析了考证培训教师团队建设的要求;然后从学情分析入手阐述了考证培训教学目标的设定方法,提出了考证培训线上线下混合式教学模式教学内容设计、线上教学资源建设、教学过程设计、学业考核方案等;最后介绍了考证培训线上线下混合式教学模式的实践效果。This paper first introduced the"1+X"certification system,then analyzed the requirements for the building of the certification and training teacher team,and next based on a learning situation study,explained the method for the setting of the objectives of certification and training.Subsequently,we put forward the content design,resources construction,process design,and evaluation schemes,etc.of the online and offline blended certification and training mode.Finally,we introduced the practical effect of the online and offline blended certification and training mode.
