摘　　要：实验室生物安全一直是医疗机构关注的重点。医学院校的毕业实习是学生走向临床的重要阶段,各级医院每年接收来自不同医学院校的实习生,如何保证学生在实习期间的安全是教学医院关注的核心问题。临床实验室大多涉及病原微生物相关实验活动,学生缺乏生物安全知识和应急处置职业暴露的能力,存在发生生物安全事件的风险。因此,加强实习生的实验室生物安全教育,规范生物安全教学模式和考核机制,帮助学生识别实验活动风险隐患,采取有效的安全防护措施,是临床实验室安全教学的关键。常规培训要求包括但不限于以下几个方面内容:实验室相关法律、法规和管理条例的培训;实验室安全管理体系文件学习;安全知识和技能培训,充分了解实验活动内容、潜在危险、防护技能和措施;实验室设施设备(包括个人防护装备)的安全使用培训;发生实验室生物安全事件的应急处置培训。Clinical laboratory biosafety is alwaysl the focus of attention of medical institutions.The graduation practice of medical colleges is an important stage for students to go to the clinic.Hospitals at all levels receive interns and advanced students from different medical colleges every year.How to ensure the safety of students during the internship is the core issue of concern for teaching hospitals.Most clinical laboratories involve pathogenic microorganism related experiments,and students lack biosafety knowledge and the ability to deal with occupational exposure in an emergency manner,leading to the risk of biosafety incidents.Therefore,strengthening the laboratory biosafety education for interns,standardizing the biosafety teaching model and assessment mechanism,helping students to identify hidden risks in experimental activities,and taking effective protection measures are the key of safety teaching in clinical laboratories.Routine training requirements include but are not limited to the following:training in laboratory related laws,regulations and ordinance;study of laboratory safety management system documents;training in safety knowledge and skills,full understanding of laboratory activities,potential hazards,protective skills and measures,and training in the safe use of laboratory facilities and equipment(including personal protective equipment);training on emergency handling of laboratory biosafety incidents.
