摘 要:为了解某市铁路辖区食品卫生安全状况,查找食品经营单位食品安全隐患及监管的薄弱环节,对2022年度某铁路辖区进行调查。结果显示,随着近年监督力度的加大,站段食堂食品安全管理水平已显著提高,食品经营许可情况基本落实到位、制度建立基本完善。在分析影响食品安全主要因素的基础上,提出提高食品安全监管水平的建议,即强化主体责任、加强专业知识培训、开展专项整治和充实监管力量。In order to understand the food hygiene and safety situation in a railway area of a city,find out the hidden dangers of food safety and the weak links of supervision in food business units,an investigation was conducted in a railway area in 2022.The results show that with the strengthening of supervision in recent years,the food safety management level of canteens in stations and depots has been significantly improved,the food business license has been basically put in place,and the system has been basically established.On the basis of analyzing the main factors affecting food safety,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of food safety supervision,that is,strengthening the main responsibility and professional knowledge training,carrying out special rectification and enriching the supervision force.
