摘 要:目的探讨多维度案例立体式教学法(CTTM)在本科教学方法的应用。方法比较以问题为中心教学法(PBL)和多维度案例立体式教学法(CTTM)在本科教学方法的异同。学习结束后考试和问卷调查。结果教学效果:总分、基础理论成绩、病例分析方面,实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义。问卷调查结果显示:在理论教学信息量、临床思维能力、典型疾病系统性、主动学习积极性、学习负担减轻等方面,两组满意率差异有统计学差异。理论知识理解、病例分析理解、自学能力、沟通能力方面,两组满意率差异无统计学差异。结论CTTM可提高学生学习能力,适应现代教学改革趋势,注重培养学生学习兴趣、临床思维和创新能力,是一种较好教学模式。Objective To explore the application of case-based three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)in undergraduate teaching methods.Methods The differences and similarities of problem-centered teaching method(PBL)and case-based three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)in undergraduate teaching methods were compared.Exam and questionnaire were conducted after study.Results There were statistically significant differ⁃ences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of total score,basic theory score and case analysis.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that there were statistical differences in the satisfaction rate between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the amount of theoretical teaching infor⁃mation,clinical thinking ability,typical disease systematization,active learning enthusiasm and learning burden re⁃duction.In terms of theoretical knowledge understanding,case analysis understanding,self-learning ability and communication ability,there was no statistical difference in satisfaction rate between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion CTTM can improve students'learning ability,adapt to the trend of modern teach⁃ing reform,and focus on cultivating students'learning interest,clinical thinking and innovation ability.It is a good teaching mode.
