职业技能大赛驱动下的高职应用英语人才培养研究

摘　　要：以全国职业院校技能大赛高职组英语口语竞赛为契机,发现人才选拔、备赛辅导、教学反思等方面所存在的问题。结合高职应用英语专业探讨人才培养的实施路径,即有针对性地制定人才培养方案,优化课程设置,综合运用TBLT和POA教学法,积极开展第二课堂活动及鼓励学生参加其他英语类比赛,以期充分发挥大赛对应用英语专业教学的积极反拨效应,从整体上提高应用英语专业人才的综合技能与素质,真正实现赛教融合,切实提高应用英语人才培养质量。Taking the national vocational college skills competition as an opportunity,the English speaking competition of the vocational group has identified problems in talent selection,preparation guidance,and teaching reflection.Exploring the implementation path of talent cultivation in the context of applied English majors in higher vocational colleges,including targeted development of talent cultivation plans,optimization of curriculum settings,comprehensive use of TBLT and POA teaching methods,active implementation of second classroom activities,and encouragement of students to participate in other English related competitions,in order to fully leverage the positive feedback effect of competitions on applied English major teaching and improve the overall skills and qualities of applied English major talents,realizing the integration of competition and education,and effectively improving the quality of applied English talent cultivation.
