摘　　要：党的二十大报告强调要坚持为党育人、为国育才,全面提高人才自主培养质量,着力造就拔尖创新人才,这为高校研究生培养工作指明了方向。研究生辅导员是高校研究生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,发挥着至关重要的作用。文章分析“双一流”背景下高校研究生辅导员职业发展的价值方向、能力素养、存在的困境,提出研究生辅导员职业发展的推进策略,以进一步加强高校研究生辅导员队伍建设。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to adhere to educating people for the Party and the country,comprehensively improve the quality of independent talent cultivation,and focus on cultivating top-notch innovative talents,which points out the direction for the cultivation of graduate students in universities.Graduate counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for graduate students in universities,playing a crucial role.The article analyzes the value direction,ability and literacy,and existing difficulties of the career development of graduate counselors in universities under the background of"Double First Class",and proposes promotion strategies for the career development of graduate counselors to further strengthen the construction of the team of graduate counselors in universities.
