摘　　要：党的二十大报告吹响了“中国式现代化”的时代号角,提出“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”的使命任务,这是新时代加快建设教育强国的战略擘画和行动指南。教育兴则国家兴,教育强则国家强,要加快建设教育强国,为全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供有力支撑。建设教育强国是全党全社会的共同任务,是一个系统性跃升和质变的伟大教育工程。聚焦加快建设教育强国等相关理论和实践问题,既有对“坚持和加强党对大学知识创新工作的全面领导”“服务高质量发展作为建设教育强国的重要任务”等的宏观思索,也有对“促进义务教育优质均衡发展,夯实教育强国之基”“建设教育强国,龙头是高等教育”等的中观考察,还有对“加快建设中国特色、世界一流的大学和优势学科”“教育强国中高质量教师队伍建设”的微观研究,上述探讨有助于引发学界对加快建设教育强国、推进中国式教育现代化给予更多关注和思考。The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC sounded the era horn of“modern-ization of Chinese style”and proposed the mission of“comprehensively promoting the great rejuvena-tion of the Chinese nation with modernization of Chinese style”,which is the strategic plan and actionguide for accelerating the construction of an powerful educational country in the new era.Building anpowerful educational country is a common task of the CPC and society,and a great educational projectthat has undergone a systematic leap and qualitative transformation.Based on major theoretical andpractical issues of building an powerful educational country,the studies focus on macro reflections on“adhering to and strengthening the CPC's comprehensive leadership over university knowledge inno-vation work”,and“serving high-quality development as an important task in building an educationalpowerhouse”.There are also meso level studies on“promoting high-quality and balanced developmentof compulsory education,consolidating the foundation of an educational power”,“building an educa-tional power,with higher education as the head of dragon”,as well as micro level studies on“accelerat-ing the construction of world-class universities and advantageous disciplines with Chinese characteris-tics”,and“building a high-quality teacher team in an educational power”.The above discussion un-doubtedly can help the academic community to give more attention to and reflection on acceleratingthe construction of an educational powerful country and promoting the modernization of Chinese style education.
