乡村医生岗位胜任力评价量表的研制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的构建适用于中国本土化的乡村医生岗位胜任力评价量表,提高乡村医生岗位胜任力评估水平,为未来评价基层医疗卫生服务质量和科学制定乡村医生人才队伍发展策略提供理论依据。方法以洋葱模型为理论框架,通过文献分析和两轮专家函询形成初始量表,于2022年12月—2023年3月在问卷星平台对340名乡村医生进行调查,并对量表进行项目分析、信度分析和探索性因子分析。结果开展两轮专家函询中专家积极系数均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.807和0.884;肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.202和0.270(均P<0.05)。通过问卷星共收集348份问卷,有效问卷340份,有效回收率为97.7%;信度分析中量表的总Cronbach′sα系数为0.952,5个维度的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.971,0.921,0.893,0.879,0.879;由探索性因子分析提取5个公因子共51个条目,累积方差贡献率为61.385%,KMO值为0.959,Bartlett球形检验统计值的显著性(P<0.001)。结论乡村医生岗位胜任力评价量表具有良好的信效度,能为乡村医生岗位胜任力的评估提供参考。Objective To develop a Chinese style post competency evaluation scale for rural doctors in China,and to improve the post competency evaluation level,so as to provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the quality of primary medical and health services and scientifically formulating the development strategy for rural doctors in the future.Methods With the onion model as the theoretical framework,the initial scale was formed on the basis of literature analysis and two rounds of expert consultation.A survey of 340 rural doctors was conducted on the questionnaire platform Wenjuanxing from December 2022 to February 2023,and the scale was analyzed by item a⁃nalysis,reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Results During the two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficients of experts were 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.807 and 0.884,respec⁃tively,and the Kendall′s concordance coefficients were 0.202 and 0.270,respectively(all P<0.05).A total of 348 questionnaire responses were collected through the questionnaire platform,and 340(97.7%)copies were val⁃id.In the reliability analysis,the total Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.952,and the Cronbach′sαcoefficients for the five dimensions were 0.971,0.921,0.893,0.879,and 0.879,respectively.Five common fac⁃tors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,including a total of 51 items.The cumulative variance contribu⁃tion rate was 61.385%,the KMO value was 0.959,and the significance of Bartlett spherical test statistical value was less than 0.001.Conclusions The post competency evaluation scale for rural doctors has good reliability and validity,which can provide reference for the evaluation of rural doctors′post competency.
