摘　　要：结合飞行员技能全生命周期管理体系(PLM)对飞行人才的素质要求,为促进飞行学员对飞行中人的因素相关知识的认识与掌握,以提高飞行员认知能力为切入点,开展飞行中人的因素实验教学内容的探讨。在对飞行员认知过程及特征进行分析的基础上,系统探讨了拟开展飞行员微观认知实验的类型,并详细给出每种实验的具体内容、方法及流程,同时对部分实验结果进行介绍。面向PLM的飞行中人的因素实验教学内容设计兼顾飞行技术专业特色,从实践应用层面提出课程建设思路,为民航飞行中人的因素实验教学提供参考,为民航飞行人才培养提供借鉴。Requirements for the quality of flight personnel are set out in the context of the Pilot Lifecycle Management system(PLM)in this paper.Knowledge and comprehension of human factors involved in flight are also promoted among flight cadets.And discussion on the experimental teaching content of human factors in flight is carried out,with the aim of increasing the cognitive capacities of pilots as an entry point.Furthermore,based on an analysis of pilot cognitive processes and characteristics,the sorts of pilot micro-cognitive experiments to be conducted are systematically explored.Each experiment’s concrete content,methods and procedures are given in detail and some of the results are presented.Additionally,PLM-oriented flight human factors experimental content is designed with characteristics of flight technology specialty.Similarly,the idea of curriculum construction from the practical application level is put forward.According to the experimental teaching content,experimental teaching of human factors in flight and training of civil aviation flight personnel are provided as references.
