摘　　要：如何让超市成为对气候更加友好的建筑?蒂罗尔州的家族企业MPreis对于这个问题给出了自己的答案:2012年,该公司首次按照被动能源房屋标准开设了第一家超市,此后又陆续按此标准开设了十几家。这些超市所采用的能源策略的基础包括高水平的保温隔热措施、气密性很强的建筑外围护结构,以及具有热回收功能的可控通风系统。这些建筑都利用冷冻设备运行所需的复合制冷装置产生的废热来供暖,如果不对此加以利用,这些热量就会散失,无法得到使用。How can supermarkets becomemore climate-friendly?The Tyrolean family business MPreis found their own answer to this question:In 2012 they opened the first market compliant with the passive house standard.Since then,about a dozen new markets were built in this manner.The cornerstone of this energy strategy includes highly insulated and airtight building envelopes and controlled ventilation with heat recovery.The buildings are heated by utilising the waste heat of compound cooling units required to operate the refrigeration equipment.This heat would otherwise dissipate and remain unused.
