思政引领下的高职“管理学基础”教材建设研究

摘　　要：思政引领下的高职“管理学基础”教材建设可遵循“坚持价值引领,落实立德树人”“强化文化传承,坚定文化自信”“贯彻‘四引’思想,突出岗课赛考融合”“注重实践训练,突出能力本位”“强化信息化建设,创新教材形式”等五大建设理念,把好教材内容选取关、思政教育融入关、配套资源建设关、教材体例设计关等四大建设关口,抓住配强教材编写团队、落实建设保障条件两大关键要素,多措并举,保证教材编写质量。The textbook construction of"Fundamentals of Management"in higher vocational education under the leadership of ideology and politics can follow the five construction concepts,such as"adhering to the value leadership,implementing the moral education","strengthening the cultural heritage,firming up the cultural self-confidence","carrying out the idea of"'four leads",highlighting the integration of the post course,the competition and the examination","focusing on the practical training,highlighting the competency-orientation","strengthening the construction of information technology,and innovating the form of the teaching materials",etc.,and take good care of four major construction hurdles of textbook contents,the integration of ideology and politics education,the construction of the supporting resources,the textbook design,etc.,and grasp the two key factors of the textbook writing team,and the realization of the construction conditions so as to ensure the quality of textbook writing by taking various measures.
