应用型本科高校大型仪器设备开放共享实践——以闽江学院为例

摘　　要：大型仪器设备开放共享是推动应用型本科高校高质量发展的必然要求。可通过构建有偿的大型仪器设备开放共享平台,从规范大型仪器设备购置可行性论证、建立大型仪器设备技术档案、加强大型仪器设备的使用效益考核三方面来优化管理机制,并在建立开放共享的激励机制、发挥大型仪器设备的育人作用、推进实验室认可与资质认证等举措上不断实践与创新,以探索出促进应用型人才培养,助力高水平有特色应用型本科高校建设大型仪器设备共享方案。The open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment is an inevitable requirement for promotingthe high-quality development of applied universities.Progress has been made as constructing a platform for paid open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,optimizing the management mechanism by standardizing the feasibility study of purchasing large-scale instruments and equipment,establishing technical files,and strengthening the effectiveness assessment.Continuous practices and innovations are conducted on measures such as establishing the incentive mechanism of open sharing,utilizing the educational role of large-scale instruments and equipment,and promoting the laboratory accreditation and qualification certification.This process has explored a sharing scheme for large-scale instruments and equipment that promotes the cultivation of applied talents,and accelerates the advancement of high-level,and distinctive applied universities.
