摘  要:虚拟装配技术应用可有效提高机电产品装配质量和效率,但在当前虚拟装配规划中,大多没考虑装配工具的影响。高效、准确的装配工具获取可进一步提高装配效率。建立装配工具知识本体模型,利用操作属性相似度方法,在装配工具实例库中对新研发机电产品中待操作零件所需装配工具进行匹配推送,结合装配工具规则约束知识,将所推送的装配工具进行自动定位,且检验其操作空间。实践表明装配工具智能推送及空间检验对提高复杂机电产品研制效率有重要参考价值。The application of virtual assembly technology can effectively improve the assembly quality and efficiency of mechanical and electrical products,but most of the effects of assembly tools are not considered in the current virtual assembly planning.Efficient and accurate acquisition of assembly tools can further improve assembly efficiency.Established the assembly tool knowledge ontology,in the assembly tool instance library,the assembly tool is pushed to the parts to be operated in the newly developed mechanical and electrical products by using the operation attribute similarity method,and the assembly tool is automatically positioned and inspected in the operation space by combining the assembly tool rule constraint knowledge.Practice shows that intelligent push of assembly tools and space inspection can effectively improve the development efficiency of complex mechanical and electrical products.
