基  金:2021年度广西高等教育本科教学改革工程立项项目“基于案例式课程思政教学模式在传染病护理教学中的研究与实践”(2021JGB300)。

摘  要:目的探讨案例式课程思政在传染病护理学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018级四年制护理本科生为对照组,2019级四年制护理本科生为实验组。对照组采用常规课程思政模式,实验组采用案例式课程思政模式。教学结束后比较两组职业认同感、人文关怀能力、成绩、满意度、情感态度及价值观变化等。结果实验组职业认同感、人文关怀能力及期末成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展案例式课程思政能增强护理本科生的职业认同感,提升人文关怀能力,提高考试成绩及对课程的满意度,效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of case based Ideological&Political education in the teaching of infectious disease nursing.Methods 2018 four-year nursing undergraduate students were selected as the control group,and 2019 four-year nursing undergraduate students were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted a conventional course Ideological&Political model,while the experimental group adopted a case based course Ideological&Political model.After teaching,compare the occupational identity,humanistic care ability,performance,satisfaction,emotional attitude,and changes in values between the two groups.Results The experimental group had better position identity,humanistic care ability,and final grades than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out case based courses on Ideological&Political education can enhance the position identity of nursing undergraduate students,enhance their humanistic care ability,improve exam scores,and satisfaction with the course,with good results.
