摘 要:目的通过探讨影响护士实施叙事护理的因素,为在临床工作中推进叙事护理提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法,共纳入11名护士进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析资料并凝练主题。结果影响护士在临床实践中应用叙事护理的外部因素包括科室特点、科室人文氛围和沟通条件,内部因素包括人格特质、叙事能力和内在动机。结论可通过筛选重点培养对象参加系统培训,改善外部条件等方式促进护士在临床工作中实施叙事护理。Objective To explore the factors that affect nurses′implementation of narrative nursing and provide reference for promoting narrative nursing in clinical work.Methods Using phenomenological research methods,total of 11 nurses were included in semi-structured interview.The data were analyzed using the Colaizzi seven step analysis method and the themes were condensed.Results External factors that affect nurses′application of narrative nursing in clinical practice include department characteristics,humanistic atmosphere,and communication conditions,while internal factors include personality traits,narrative ability,and internal motivation.Conclusion Nurses can be promoted to implement narrative nursing in clinical work by selecting key trainees to participate in systematic training and improving external conditions.
