摘  要:目的探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)的案例教学(CBL)微课混合式教学模式在内科护理学中的应用效果。方法选取广西中医药大学2020级护理专业本科生60人为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于SPOC的CBL微课混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,课程结束后比较两组学习效果、对教学模式的评价及自主学习能力。结果观察组学习效果、对教学模式的评价以及自主学习能力均优于对照组。结论基于SPOC的CBL微课混合式教学模式可激发学生学习积极性,提升学生综合能力,学生满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of case based learning(CBL)micro course mixed teaching model based on Small Private Online Courses(SPOC)in internal medicine nursing.Methods 60 nursing undergraduates from Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine enrolled in 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received a mixed teaching mode of CBL micro course based on SPOC,while the control group received traditional teaching mode.After the course,the learning effectiveness,evaluation of the teaching model,and self-taught ability of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had better learning outcomes,evaluation of teaching models,and self-taught abilities than the control group.Conclusion The mixed teaching model of CBL micro courses based on SPOC can stimulate students′learning enthusiasm,improve their comprehensive abilities,and achieve high student satisfaction.
