摘  要:目的了解护理实习生人文关怀品质现状及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取广州市5家三甲医院的护理实习生作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、人文关怀品质量表进行调查,并分析护理实习生人文关怀品质的主要影响因素。结果护理实习生人文关怀品质量表总分为(119.84±13.93)分,影响护理实习生人文关怀品质的因素为学历、家人关心度、同学或带教教师关心度、选择护理专业的原因、是否参加过人文关怀培训、有无遭受过护理教育欺凌行为。结论护理实习生人文关怀品质良好,护理管理者应采取有效的人文关怀培养策略,营造人文关怀氛围,关心关爱护理实习生,以提升护理实习生人文关怀能力。Objective Understand the current situation and influencing factors of humanistic care quality.Methods The nursing interns from 5 Grade A hospitals in Guangzhou are selected by the convenience sampling method,the general data questionnaire and the humanistic care quality scale are used for the survey,then the main influencing factors of the humanistic care quality for nursing interns can be analyzed.Results The total score of Humanistic Care Quality Scale of nursing interns is(119.84±13.93).The factors affecting the humanistic care quality for nursing interns include education degree,degree of family care,degree of classmates or teachers care,reasons for choosing nursing major,whether student-have participated in humanistic care training,and whether they have suffered from bullying in nursing education.Conclusion The humanistic care quality of nursing interns is good,and nursing managers should adopt the humanistic care training strategies,create humanistic care atmosphere,and care for nursing interns,so as to improve the humanistic care ability of nursing interns.
