摘 要:零工的持续从业意愿是影响在线劳动平台可持续发展的重要因素。激发零工平台持续从业意愿的因素很多,工作时长是其中之一。基于工作要求-资源模型和损耗理论,探讨零工的工作时长对其持续从业意愿的影响,并分析工作投入和工作满意度在两者关系中发挥的作用。基于珠三角599份零工有效样本数据,运用结构方程模型和Bootstrap等方法进行假设检验。结果表明,工作时长不仅负向影响零工的持续从业意愿,还通过工作投入和工作满意度的链式中介作用对持续从业意愿产生负向影响。因此,合理规制平台标准工时和小时工资,并对其工作投入和工作满意度进行有效干预,可提高零工的持续从业意愿。Gig workers'continuance intention is an important factor to maintain the sustainable development of online labor plaform.There are many reasons to motivate gig workers to continue working on the platform,and working hours is one of them.Based on the JD-R model and ego depletion theory,this paper discusses the effect of gig workers'working hours on their continuance intention,and analyzes the role of job engagement and job satisfaction in the relationship between them.Based on the data of 599 gig workers in the Pearl River Delta,this paper uses structural equation model and bootstrap to test the hypothesis.The results show that working hours not only negatively affect gig workers'continuance intention but also negatively affect the gig workers'continuance intention through the mediation of job engagement and job satisfaction.So,reasonable regulation of platform standard working hours and hourly wages,and effective intervention in their job engagement and job satisfaction can improve the willingness of gig workers to continue to work.
